Financial System Strategy 2020 (FSS) Improves Capacity for Change and Schedule Management
The Financial System Strategy FSS 2020, an initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria aimed at developing a coherent and internally consistent blueprint to develop Nigeria’s financial system to help achieve its vision to become a major international financial centre and one of the top 20 largest economies in the world by the year 2020.
In its bid to improve performance in its service delivery organised a capacity development training programme for staff of its Programme Management Office on Change Management and Schedule Management.
The training which was deliverd by The iCademy (the Leaning and Development Unit of iCentra) held at the CBN International Training Centre, had in attendance the members of staff of Financial Strategy Systems (FSS) and was focused on developing the skills and knowledge required to manage change and organize work to accomplish project scope in a rapidly changing environment.
This training is expected to help FSS fulfil it’s duties of ensuring that it engages best practices in leading change as well as make a persuasive case for change while engaging it’s team and stakeholders. It will also ensure a deep understanding and demonstration of schedule compression techniques with focus on organizing and scheduling work to accomplish project scope.
